We will be referring to the parent worksheets at the end of each chapter during these sessions, so it’s helpful but not necessary to have read or skimmed your Kindle or softcover copy of the book, Become Your Child’s Sleep Coach: The Bedtime Doctor’s 5-Step Guide, Ages 3-10, before the first session.
In the first session, we’ll review the 5 steps from the book to help you design a customized 5-Step sleep plan for your child.
