Dr. Lynelle Schneeberg is a sleep psychologist who is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, one of only about 200 psychologists in the country with such specialized sleep training. Her work focuses on childhood sleep issues and she is the author of a forthcoming book book on helping preschool and school-age children sleep well, Become Your Child’s Sleep Coach: The Bedtime Doctor’s 5-Step Guide, Ages 3-10. She is an Assistant Professor at the Yale School of Medicine and is the Director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
